What is an SMM panel?
An SMM panel is a web platform that resells social media services — followers, likes, views, comments — at wholesale prices. Buyers top up a balance, choose a service, paste a profile or post URL, and the panel delivers the order automatically. Panels differ mainly in price per 1,000 units, service coverage, delivery speed, and whether they offer guarantees like refills.
What is a service on an SMM panel?
A service is a single offering on a panel, e.g. "Instagram Followers — Real, 30 day refill". Services are what users actually order. Large panels list tens of thousands of services across dozens of platforms, each with its own rate, minimum and maximum order size.
What is a provider?
The provider is the upstream supplier of social engagement. Most panels do not generate engagement themselves — they resell from a smaller set of providers. Large panels integrate dozens of providers, which is why the same underlying service often appears on many panels at different prices.
What is drip-feed delivery?
Drip-feed is a delivery option that spreads an order across hours or days instead of delivering it all at once. A drip-fed order of 1,000 followers might arrive at 50 per hour, which looks more organic to the platform and to viewers than an instant spike.
What is a refill / refund guarantee?
A refill guarantee means that drops (followers who unfollow or engagement that disappears) will be topped up for free during a guarantee window — typically 30 or 90 days. A refund guarantee returns the money instead. Services without either flag are "no refill": what drops stays dropped.
What is drop rate?
Drop rate is the percentage of delivered followers, likes or views that disappear after delivery, usually because the platform removes low-quality accounts. A 10% drop rate on 1,000 followers means about 100 will vanish. Lower is better; refill guarantees exist to compensate for drops.
What does "per 1k" pricing mean?
Per 1k is the standard pricing unit across SMM panels: the cost per 1,000 units of a service. A rate of $0.20 per 1k followers means 5,000 followers cost $1.00. TopSMM compares panels using their cheapest per-1k rates synced from public catalogs.
What is an SMM panel API?
A panel API gives programmatic access for placing orders without using the dashboard. Most panels expose a compatible HTTP API so resellers can automate ordering, check balances and track order status from their own software or storefront.
What is a reseller panel?
A reseller panel is built on top of another panel's API, usually skinned and rebranded with a price markup. Most small panels are resellers — the order ultimately flows to the same handful of providers. This is why comparing prices across panels matters.
What does "Verified" mean on TopSMM?
