SMM Panel

A web platform that resells social media services (followers, likes, views) wholesale. Buyers top up a balance, choose a service, paste a profile or post URL, and the panel delivers.

Service

A single offering on a panel, e.g. "Instagram Followers — Real, 30 day refill". Services are what users actually order.

Provider

The upstream supplier of social engagement. Panels usually resell from a smaller set of providers; large panels integrate dozens.

Drip-feed

Delivery option that spreads the order across hours or days instead of dumping it instantly. Looks more organic.

Refill / Refund

Guarantee that drops (followers who unfollow) will be topped up or refunded for a window — typically 30 or 90 days.

Drop rate

Percentage of delivered followers/likes that disappear after delivery. Lower is better.

Per 1k

Standard pricing unit — cost per 1,000 units of a service (e.g. $0.20 per 1k followers).

API integration

Programmatic access to a panel for placing orders without using the dashboard. Most panels expose an HTTP API for resellers.

Reseller panel

A panel built on top of another panel's API, often skinned and rebranded. Most "small" panels in the wild are resellers.

Verified

On TopSMM, a panel that has been manually checked by our editors. Verification is editorial — we don't accept payment for it.
